We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to handle customers and coordinate vehicle servicing and repair requirements at our automobile workshop.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Inspect vehicles and identify service/repair requirements.
- Prepare job cards and service estimates.
- Explain required repairs and service work to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians regarding customer requirements.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status.
- Handle customer complaints and service-related concerns.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending approvals and repairs.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery and explain completed work.
- Maintain customer records and service documentation.




- Achieve customer satisfaction and service-related targets.
- Support upselling of relevant services and value-added products.

Requirements

- 2–6 years of experience as a Service Advisor/Service Consultant.
- Automobile dealership or workshop experience preferred.
- Robust customer-handling and communication skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle servicing and repair processes.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Passenger vehicle experience preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
