JOB DESCRIPTION – SITE SUPERVISOR

Position: Site Supervisor – Diploma Civil Engineer

Experience: Fresher to 2 Years

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, BOQ, specifications, and quality standards.
- Manage workers, subcontractors, materials, and tools at site.
- Monitor daily work progress and maintain daily reports.
- Take site measurements and assist with quantity calculations.
- Coordinate with the Site Engineer, Project Manager, and client representatives.
- Ensure proper site housekeeping and basic safety practices.
- Identify and report site issues, delays, and material requirements.

Qualification & Skills

- Diploma in Civil Engineering – Mandatory




- Freshers to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Basic knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to read basic construction drawings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and site reporting.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
