Job Summary

We are looking for a Chief Librarian / Librarian to manage and develop the academic library and provide effective information services to students, faculty and researchers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day library operations and library staff.
- Develop and maintain books, journals, e-resources and digital databases.
- Manage library automation, cataloguing, circulation and inventory.
- Coordinate procurement and subscription of books, journals and online resources.
- Support students and faculty with academic and research information.
- Maintain library records, reports and documentation for institutional requirements.




- Support NAAC/AICTE/UGC and other accreditation/compliance documentation, as applicable.
- Introduce and improve digital and student-friendly library services.

Qualifications & Experience

- Master's Degree in Library & Information Science (MLIS / M.Lib.I.Sc.).
- 5+ years of relevant experience in an academic institution preferred.
- Experience in a college, university, B-School or professional education institution will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of KOHA/library automation, digital databases and e-resources preferred.
- Robust communication, administration and team-management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
