We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a voice process. The role involves handling customer calls, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Salary
- Freshers: ₹18,000 per month
- Experienced Candidates: ₹20,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Update customer information in CRM systems.
- Follow quality standards and process guidelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily productivity and performance targets.
- Handle customer objections and concerns effectively.
Eligibility Criteria
- 12th pass, graduates, and freshers can apply.
- Non-graduates with at least 1 year of customer service experience can apply.
- Solid communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in any one regional language – Kannada or Tamil.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willingness to work from office in HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
