- Welcome patients, vendors, and other visitors to the Hospital.
- Must have one year prior knowledge of Hospital Billing Desk.
- Answer patient questions and provide assistance and directions when necessary
- Prepare estimated bills for the patients
- Track all phone calls that arrive using our general office number
- Utilize our hospital software to prepare bills and collect it on the time of patient discharge.
- Respond to the emails that arrive on our office email address.
- Resolve patient issues regarding to billing and services.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
