Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Service Head to manage RSA service operations, mechanic networks, and service partners. The candidate will be responsible for supervising the service team, ensuring timely mechanic deployment, and maintaining smooth 24×7 roadside assistance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise a team of 12–15 members.
- Oversee 24×7 RSA service operations and ensure timely service delivery.
- Manage mechanic deployment and service allocation.
- Coordinate with the Control Room and Customer Support teams.
- Manage service dealers and mechanic network partners.
- Monitor service quality, response time, and operational performance.
- Handle service-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain operational reports and MIS.




- Ensure effective coordination between mechanics, service partners, and internal teams.

Requirements

- 3–4 years of relevant experience in RSA / Roadside Assistance / Automobile Servicing.
- Automobile industry experience is mandatory.
- Experience in mechanic management and service dealer/network handling.
- Experience in supervising a team of 12–15 members.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Knowledge of SEO will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a 24×7 service environment.
