Role: Business Development & Social Media Executive Experience: 2–3 years Location: Eranakulam, Kerala (on-site, with local travel for events) Employment type: Full-time

Flycatch is looking for a Business Development & Social Media Executive to grow our client base in India and abroad and strengthen our visibility with clients and local talent. You will spend most of your time generating leads and representing us at events, and the rest managing our social media presence with the help of AI tools.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Commerce, or a related field. An MBA is a plus, not a requirement.
- 2–3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or marketing, with demonstrable social media responsibility.




- A track record of generating leads or managing a company's social presence in IT domain, with examples you can share.

Skills we're looking for

- Excellent spoken and written English. Hindi or Arabic is a robust advantage.
- Confident public speaking and in-person networking.
- Strong LinkedIn skills, including outreach, content, and ideally Sales Navigator.
- Experience with a CRM such as Zoho, HubSpot, or similar.
- Comfort with AI tools for content and productivity (such as ChatGPT or Claude, Canva AI, and scheduling tools like Buffer or Meta Business Suite), plus the judgment to edit AI output into specific, on-brand content.
- Basic analytics: reading reach, engagement, and lead source data and acting on it.
- Cultural awareness when communicating with clients across regions, especially the Gulf, Europe, and the US.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
