- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve functional discrepancies within projects to maintain quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise and performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals and deliverables.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SoC Verification.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex system behaviors and business requirements.
- Experience in developing and executing comprehensive verification plans and test cases.
- Ability to work with simulation tools and verification environments to validate system functionality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with design, development, and quality assurance teams.
