Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and cooperative Product Marketing Manager to own the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for our product portfolio. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between Product, Marketing, and Sales. Your primary mission is to translate complex product features into compelling value propositions and equip our sales team with high-impact pitch decks, collateral, and training to win deals.

Key Responsibilities

* Sales Enablement: Design, build, and maintain the core sales pitch decks, case studies, product one-pagers, and competitive battle cards that the sales team takes to market.

* Messaging & Positioning: Develop clear, differentiated value propositions and customer-centric messaging frameworks for our products.

* Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Plan and execute comprehensive launch strategies for recent products, features, and updates across multi-channel campaigns.

* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Management to understand the technical roadmap and with Sales Leadership to gather field feedback and optimize collateral.

* Market & Competitor Intelligence:



Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, buyer personas, and shifting customer pain points.

* Content Creation: Collaborate with creative and design teams to ensure all sales collateral is visually engaging, on-brand, and easy for account executives to deliver.

Qualifications & Skills

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

* Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or a closely related role (B2B SaaS or technology experience preferred).

* Pitch Deck Expertise: Proven track record of creating highly effective sales presentations that successfully advance prospects through the sales pipeline.

* Communication: Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical jargon into clear business benefits.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per year
