Primary Responsibility: Overall Team Management & Digital Strategy. Create overall digital marketing strategy and monthly/quarterly plans.
- Manage, allocate and prioritize work for the four specialists.
- Set targets and KPIs and monitor team performance.
- Coordinate campaigns across different business verticals.
- Review and approve content, creatives and campaigns.
- Coordinate between website, SEO, social media and creative functions.
- Monitor website, SEO and social media performance.
- Track leads, traffic, engagement and other relevant metrics.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management/directors.
- Identify gaps, recommend improvements and coordinate budgets/requirements with management.
- Ensure consistent branding and digital communication across business verticals
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
