The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact between our customers and our sales department, handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and promoting our metal products and services. If you have strong communication skills and a knack for building rapport over the phone, we would love to have you on board.
- Making proactive calls to potential clients, contractors, or dealers to introduce product offerings (such as specialized roofing sheets), and handling customer inquiries.
- Maintaining regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients to build rapport, answer product queries, and share quotations or pricing details.
- Assisting customers with basic order placements, delivery tracking, and connecting them with the appropriate logistics or sales personnel.
- Recording daily call logs, updating customer contact information, and maintaining accurate logs of discussions and feedback in the company records system
- Gathering customer feedback regarding product quality, pricing, and service delivery, and reporting common complaints or market trends back to the management and sales teams.
