About the job
We are looking for a friendly and responsible person to join our customer support team.
The role mainly involves communicating with international customers and helping them with their questions or concerns. You will also coordinate with the relevant team members when an issue needs to be checked or resolved.
Freshers are welcome to apply. We are mainly looking for someone who is comfortable speaking in English and can communicate clearly and politely with customers.
What you will do
- Respond to customers through phone, WhatsApp, chat, and email.
- Help customers with their questions and requests.
- Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner.
- Provide customers with accurate information and updates.
- Coordinate with the internal team when needed.
- Keep track of customer conversations and follow the required process.
- Make sure customer issues are handled properly and on time.
What we are looking for
- Good spoken and written English.
- Comfortable speaking with international customers.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Ability to stay calm while handling customer issues.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.

Working details
This is a work-from-office position in Vijay Nagar, Indore.
The team works on rotational shifts between 6:00 PM and 11:00 AM, with a 9-hour shift and one weekly rotational day off.
