Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounts for transport operations.
- Maintain vehicle-wise and trip-wise expense records.
- Verify trip sheets, driver payments, fuel, toll, maintenance and other expenses.
- Manage billing, collections, outstanding payments and reconciliations.
- Verify invoices, vouchers and supporting documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly transport accounting reports.
- Coordinate with Transport, Accounts and Operations teams.
- Support Management with transport cost analysis and financial reports.
Requirements
- Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Experience in Transport / Fleet / Logistics Accounts preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS and reconciliation will be an advantage.
- Good communication, accuracy and analytical skills.
Salary
Salary (Upto Rs. 25,000) negotiable by Management based on experience and skills.
