About Jay Propertiez

Jay Propertiez is a growing Villa Plots & Farmland Promoter offering residential villa plots and farmland projects across Chennai and surrounding locations. We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Client Relationship Executive to join our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads, Google and other digital marketing channels.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and preferred location.
- Explain project details, pricing, location, amenities and offers clearly.
- Convert qualified leads into site visits.
- Coordinate and schedule site visits with customers and the sales team.
- Follow up with customers after site visits and maintain regular communication.
- Update lead details, call status and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and booking.
- Achieve monthly calling, follow-up and site-visit targets.




- Maintain good customer relationships throughout the sales process.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer relationship or real estate sales.
- Real estate experience will be an added advantage.
- Experience handling leads is preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Tamil communication is mandatory; English communication is preferred.
- Comfortable making regular outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated.
- Willingness to work from the Tambaram, Chennai office.
