Key Responsibilities

- Beverage Preparation: Grind, dose, and tamp coffee beans; operate espresso machines to pull shots; steam milk for specialty drinks (lattees, cappuccinos, macchiatos); and prepare teas, smoothies, or cold brews according to standard recipes.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, answer questions about menu items, and make beverage or food recommendations.
- POS & Cash Handling: Process payments using point-of-sale (POS) systems, manage cash drawers, and issue receipts.
- Food Handling: Serve pastries, sandwiches, and snacks, ensuring proper food safety and hygiene guidelines are followed.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain a clean workspace, sanitize coffee equipment, clean seating areas, and ensure restock of supplies (cups, milk, coffee beans).
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of coffee, dairy/non-dairy milks, syrups, and packaging supplies, reporting shortages to management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
