About the Company

Jagruti Technical Services Pvt. Ltd. (JTS Group) is a Pune-based company providing Turnkey Project Services for industrial plants and machines, including lifting, shifting, installation & commissioning, EPC, PMC, MEP, process engineering, and utility engineering services.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive who will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition activities and building a strong talent pipeline for current and future business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition from manpower requirement to candidate joining.
- Understand job requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and headhunting.
- Handle junior, mid-level, senior, critical, and niche positions across various departments.
- Identify and approach passive candidates through direct sourcing and headhunting.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate technical, HR, and management interviews.
- Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, salary negotiations, offer closure, and joining.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment consultants, agencies, and industry networks.
- Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Provide recruitment insights, market trends, and talent availability updates to management.




- Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per recruitment targets.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, trackers, and candidate databases.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Offer-to-Joining Ratio, Source Effectiveness, and Hiring Status.
- Support employer branding, campus recruitment, job fairs, and recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.

Required Skills

- Solid experience in Talent Acquisition / End-to-End Recruitment.
- Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Experience in handling technical, engineering, corporate, and niche positions will be preferred.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, recruitment tools, MS Office, and Excel.
- Strong candidate screening and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of current recruitment trends and talent market.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work within strict deadlines.
