About the Role

Zeal Academy is looking for a Meta Ads & Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, Meta Ads Manager, campaign optimization, audience targeting, retargeting, conversion tracking, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Develop lead generation campaigns for Zeal Academy's educational and professional courses.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize CPL, lead quality, conversion rate, and ROI.
- Conduct audience research, segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audience campaigns.
- Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, conversion events, and tracking.
- Create and test different ad sets, creatives, headlines, copy, and audiences through A/B testing.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective strategies.
- Coordinate with the content and creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns when required.
- Monitor competitors and identify new digital marketing opportunities.




- Track leads from advertisements through the sales funnel and work with the counselling team to improve lead conversion.
- Stay updated with changes in Meta Ads, Google Ads, algorithms, targeting options, and digital advertising trends.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Meta Ads / Performance Marketing.
- Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience running lead generation campaigns.
- Understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising strategies.
- Knowledge of Google Ads is an advantage.
- Understanding of Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, retargeting, and analytics.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in the education, coaching, training, or overseas education/migration sector will be an advantage.
- Candidates with a proven track record of generating quality leads through paid advertising will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
