Position Overview

The Business Development Advisor will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and advising management on market expansion strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to translate insights into actionable business plans.

Key Responsibilities

- Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct sector-wise market studies, competitor benchmarking, and demand forecasting.
- Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities for business expansion.
- Strategic Planning
- Develop business development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Advise management on diversification, new product launches, and entry into new markets.
- Client & Partner Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
- Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and collaborations to drive revenue growth.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure business development activities comply with regulatory requirements (DPR, licensing, MSME, GST, MCA, etc.).




- Prepare structured proposals, DPRs, and financial projections for new ventures.
- Performance Monitoring
- Track KPIs, sales targets, and ROI of business development initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, consulting, or advisory roles.
- Robust knowledge of compliance frameworks, licensing, and financial projections.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel (VBA preferred), and financial modeling tools.
