You will call enquiries and leads, explain our memberships and book gym visits and trials for the sales team. Full-time role. Salary will be discussed during the interview.
What you'll do
- Call and follow up with new leads and enquiries
- Explain memberships, programs and offers
- Book gym visits and free trial sessions
- Call members for renewals and offers
- Update every call in the CRM or sheet
- Share daily call reports with the sales manager
What we're looking for
- 0–2 years of experience in tele calling or customer support
- Freshers with positive communication are welcome
- Fluent in Telugu, Hindi and English
- Clear, polite and convincing on the phone
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad, Telangana
