Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Telecaller / IT Lead Executive to generate qualified B2B leads for our Microsoft technology services.
The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and experience in cold calling IT services to international clients. Basic knowledge of Microsoft technologies and AI solutions is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to potential clients.
- Identify companies that may require Microsoft technology solutions.
- Introduce our IT and Microsoft services professionally.
- Understand the prospect's basic business and technology requirements.
- Qualify prospects and generate qualified leads.
- Schedule meetings for the sales/technical team.
- Follow up with prospects through calls and email.
- Maintain accurate lead and calling records in CRM.
- Achieve daily/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle objections professionally.
Required Skills
- 2–3+ years of B2B cold calling / IT telecalling experience.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Experience with international clients, preferably US clients.
- Strong confidence in outbound calling.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power
Automate, Power BI, Azure, and AI/GenAI.
- Ability to understand client requirements and generate interest.
- Good follow-up and lead-qualification skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

Compensation
Competitive Salary + Performance Incentives

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
