Telesales Executive
Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata (Work From Office)
Salary: Up to ₹22,000 In-Hand + Uncapped Monthly Sales Commission
Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Mon–Sat (Sunday Fixed Off)
Experience: Min. 1 Year in Telesales / Outbound Sales
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face
Key Responsibilities
Sales Closing: Contact inbound/outbound B2B and B2C leads to pitch IT, Web, and Digital solutions and close deals directly over the phone.
Pipeline Management: Handle end-to-end sales cycles—prospecting, pitch presentation, objection handling, and final closing.
Revenue Generation: Consistently achieve monthly sales targets to earn uncapped performance incentives.
CRM Operations: Maintain daily outreach records, call updates,
and deal pipelines in CRM/MS Excel.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1–3 years in Telesales, Inside Sales, Outbound Calling, or Software Sales.
Proven Track Record: Experience in phone-based deal closures and target-driven revenue generation.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Education: Graduate (Any Discipline).
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
