About the Role

We are looking for a polished, mature and customer-focused CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Executive to manage relationships with high-value clients throughout the customer journey.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-end customer-facing environment, with strong communication, relationship-building, follow-up and coordination skills. The role requires someone who can confidently manage discerning clients while delivering a personalised, discreet and elevated experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.

· Manage interactions across the enquiry, consultation, purchase and post-sales journey.

· Understand client requirements and ensure prompt, personalised follow-up.

· Maintain accurate CRM records, preferences, interaction history and follow-up schedules.

· Coordinate appointments, consultations, quotations, showroom visits and other requirements.

· Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance and Installation teams to ensure seamless delivery.

· Track client commitments and proactively ensure timely execution.

· Handle queries, concerns and escalations with maturity, discretion and ownership.

· Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, cross-selling and upselling.





· Maintain regular engagement with key clients and capture feedback to improve the overall experience.

· Prepare reports on leads, follow-ups, quotations, conversions and client activity.

What We’re Looking For

· 1.5 – 3 years of relevant experience in premium customer-facing roles, mandatorily in luxury interiors, home, lifestyle.

· Proven experience directly handling high-value, discerning or BVIP clients.

· Excellent verbal and written English with a polished, skilled communication style, alongside Telugu and Hindi.

· Strong relationship management, follow-up and stakeholder coordination skills.

· Excellent attention to detail, organisation and CRM discipline.

· Ability to manage demanding clients with confidence, discretion and emotional maturity.

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Hospitality, Communications or a related field.

IMPORTANT NOTE

· This position requires hands-on experience managing high-value clients in a premium customer-facing environment.

· HNI exposure through conventional banking, financial services or generic relationship-management roles alone will NOT be considered equivalent.

· The role is not intended for predominantly B2B, telesales, call-centre or managerial profiles. We are looking for someone who remains actively involved in client relationships and day-to-day follow-through.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
