We are looking for a confident, presentable and customer-friendly Fashion Consultant who will also be a Guest Service Associate and assist customers with fashion and shopping requirements, providing styling suggestions and supporting the store team in delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and interact confidently with customers and understand their fashion/shopping requirements.
- Provide fashion consultation and styling suggestions based on customer needs and occasions.
- Encourage customers and their family members to explore and purchase outfits for weddings, functions and other occasions.
- Cross-sell and promote relevant products to accompanying family members and increase overall store sales.
- Explain product features, fabrics, designs and styling options attractively.
- Build a friendly relationship with customers and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Monitor the sales floor and customer movement across different floors/sections and provide support wherever customer traffic is high.
- Coordinate with sales staff to ensure smooth customer handling and floor coverage.
- Maintain a well-presented and welcoming store environment.

- Confident, presentable and well-groomed personality.
- Valuable interest/understanding of fashion, styling and ethnic wear.
- Ability to quickly understand customer preferences and mould recommendations accordingly.
