About the Role

Airattix is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage sales and operations for our order fulfillment business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new e-commerce brands, and companies looking for 3PL, managing client relationships, coordinating fulfillment operations, and ensuring seamless order processing through WMS/OMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business development by onboarding new D2C, wholesaler, stockiest, trader and e-commerce brands for Airattix's order fulfillment services.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and effectively communicate Airattix's 3PL and fulfillment solutions.
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition to operations.
- Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and customer support teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory, order processing, dispatch, and customer service KPIs.
- Prepare MIS reports, analyse operational data, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Order Fulfillment, 3PL/4PL Logistics, Supply Chain, E-commerce Operations, or Business Development.
- Strong understanding of 3PL & 4PL logistics, supply chain management, warehousing, and order fulfillment processes.
- Good knowledge of WMS, OMS, and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
