About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented AI Motion Graphics Artist to join the 3DTRIXS creative production team.

The role involves creating engaging motion graphics, animated visual content, promotional videos, social media creatives, and branded content using traditional motion design workflows along with AI-powered image and video generation tools.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, animation, timing, typography, composition, and visual storytelling, with an interest in using generative AI to speed up ideation, create visual assets, and improve creative output.

Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience can apply if they have a strong portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality motion graphics and animated visual content for client projects
- Design animated typography, titles, transitions, lower thirds, icons, shapes, and graphic elements
- Create promotional videos, social media creatives, explainer visuals, ads, and branded content
- Convert scripts, storyboards, references, and creative briefs into engaging motion designs
- Develop visual styles, layouts, and animation concepts based on project requirements
- Animate text, graphics, illustrations, logos, product elements, and visual assets
- Maintain consistency in brand colors, typography, visual style, and animation language
- Use AI image and video generation tools to create references, backgrounds, concepts, visual elements, and creative variations
- Write and refine prompts for AI-generated images and videos
- Use AI workflows for ideation, visual development, asset generation, enhancement, and experimentation
- Integrate AI-generated assets into motion graphics and video production workflows
- Create smooth transitions, camera movements, kinetic typography, and visually engaging compositions
- Work with the video editing, animation, CGI,



and creative teams on client projects
- Review outputs and fix visual, animation, timing, layout, or consistency issues
- Make revisions based on internal and client feedback
- Follow project timelines and deliver production-ready creative assets
- Explore new AI and motion design tools to improve creative quality and production efficiency

Motion Graphics & Creative Skills

- Good understanding of motion graphics and animation principles
- Strong sense of composition, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Understanding of timing, pacing, transitions, and movement
- Good understanding of color, lighting, depth, and visual balance
- Ability to create visually engaging animated content
- Understanding of visual storytelling and advertising
- Ability to interpret scripts, storyboards, and creative references
- Strong attention to detail
- Good creative thinking and visual imagination
- Ability to maintain brand consistency across different assets

AI Skills

- Familiarity with generative AI image and video tools
- Ability to write clear prompts for AI-generated visuals
- Understanding of text-to-image and image-to-image workflows
- Basic understanding of text-to-video and image-to-video generation
- Ability to use AI-generated assets in motion graphics projects
- Ability to refine poor AI outputs and generate suitable visual variations
- Interest in learning emerging AI tools and creative workflows
- Ability to combine traditional motion graphics with AI-assisted content creation

Skills & Qualifications





- 0–1 year of experience in motion graphics, graphic design, animation, video editing, or a related creative field
- Freshers with a strong motion graphics portfolio may also apply
- Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar creative tools
- Basic understanding of video editing and post-production workflows
- Familiarity with AI image/video generation tools is an advantage
- Knowledge of 2D animation, compositing, or basic 3D is an advantage
- Good understanding of design and animation fundamentals
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and revisions
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Robust interest in motion design, advertising, video production, and generative AI
- Willingness to continuously learn new creative and AI workflows

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates should submit a portfolio or showreel demonstrating work such as:

- Motion graphics
- Animated typography
- Social media creatives
- Promotional videos
- Explainer-style animations
- Logo animation
- Transitions and visual effects
- AI-assisted creative work, if available

A strong portfolio demonstrating motion design skills, creativity, animation quality, and visual sense will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
