We are seeking an experienced Automation QA Lead Engineer with expertise in Playwright to augment our quality engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust test automation frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. This role requires hands-on automation skills, and a passion for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable UI and API test automation frameworks using Playwright. Define and implement QA strategies, standards, and best practices across projects. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, DevOps, and Business Analysts to ensure quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Create, execute, and maintain automated test suites for functional,



regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing. Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. Review automation code to ensure maintainability, reusability, and adherence to coding standards. Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and release readiness activities. Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues. Monitor automation execution, generate quality metrics, and provide status reports to stakeholders.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
