Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced professional with strong hands-on expertise in R programming, statistical analysis, and machine learning to develop data-driven solutions and analytical models.

Must-Have Skills

- 7+ years of experience in R Programming
- Solid hands-on experience with R, tidyverse, and data.table
- Strong knowledge of Statistics and Statistical Modeling
- Experience with Regression, Hypothesis Testing, and Time-Series Analysis
- Experience in Machine Learning and Predictive Modeling
- Strong experience in Data Cleaning, Feature Engineering, and Model Evaluation
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with Git / Version Control
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good to Have

- Bayesian Modeling / Mixed-Effects Models
- Shiny / Plumber
- Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn
- Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)




- Experience with productionizing R models
- Unit testing and documentation

Key Responsibilities

- Develop statistical and machine learning models using R.
- Perform data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
- Build, validate, and optimize predictive models.
- Conduct statistical testing and interpret model results.
- Develop production-ready analytical solutions.
- Collaborate with data science, engineering, and business teams.
- Maintain code quality, documentation, and version control.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
