We are looking for an experienced and responsible Sales Coordinator – Spares & Service to manage sales coordination, quotation preparation, customer communication, order processing, and timely dispatch of spares and service-related requirements.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, positive knowledge of pricing, e-Way Bills, and strong coordination skills with customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and issue quotations for spares and service requirements.
- Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with customers regarding quotations, orders, delivery schedules, and other requirements.
- Understand commercial terms.
- Process sales orders and coordinate with concerned departments for timely execution.
- Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Design, Production, Service, Accounts teams to ensure timely availability and delivery of materials.
- Arrange and coordinate dispatches of spares and service materials.
- Prepare/coordinate necessary dispatch documents, invoices, e-Way Bills, etc.
- Follow up internally on pending materials and ensure commitments made to customers are met on time.
- Maintain proper records of quotations, orders, dispatches, and customer communications.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding order status and dispatch schedules.

Required Skills





- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Administration / Commercial Coordination, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing company.
- Hands-on experience in Tally.
- Good knowledge of GST, taxation, e-Way Bills, invoicing, and dispatch documentation.
- Positive understanding of product pricing, discounts, and commercial calculations.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal departments.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet delivery commitments.

Preferred Candidate

- Any Graduate; Engineering Diploma holder preferred.
- Candidates with experience in engineering/manufacturing companies, industrial spares, machinery, or technical products will be preferred.
- Should be organized, proactive, and good at follow-up.
- Should have a customer-oriented approach and the ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
