We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager with strong experience in the construction industry to manage customer relationships, understand client requirements, coordinate with internal teams and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing customers and clients.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with Project, Sales, Operations and other internal teams for timely resolution.
- Handle customer queries, requests, feedback and complaints professionally.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers and effective communication throughout the project/customer journey.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper service delivery and timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate customer records, interaction details and follow-up status.
- Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, issues, follow-ups and relationship status.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, retention and repeat business.




- Support business development by leveraging existing customer relationships and identifying potential opportunities.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and ensure timely closure of customer requirements.

Required Experience & Skills

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Client Handling or a similar role.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Construction Industry is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling, relationship-management and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and coordinate effectively with multiple internal teams.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and email communication.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
