About Calida Rehab

Calida Rehab is a psychiatric, mental health and de-addiction rehabilitation centre providing structured residential and clinical care. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records at our Karjat centre.

Job Summary

The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accounting records, handling daily financial transactions, managing bills and payments, maintaining petty cash, assisting with payroll and reconciliation, and preparing financial reports as required by management.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally and ensure accurate financial records.

Record receipts, payments, purchases, sales, expenses, and other financial transactions.

Maintain and reconcile cash and bank transactions.

Handle petty cash and maintain proper supporting documents and vouchers.

Prepare and verify invoices, bills, receipts, payment vouchers, and expense statements.

Maintain vendor accounts and coordinate regarding outstanding bills and payments.

Monitor receivables, payables, and outstanding balances.

Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Assist in monthly salary/payroll preparation and attendance-related calculations.

Coordinate with HR regarding employee salary and deduction-related information.

Prepare basic MIS and financial reports as required by management.





Assist with audit-related documentation and provide records when required.

Coordinate with management, vendors, and other departments regarding financial matters.

Ensure timely and accurate entry of all financial transactions.

Maintain strict confidentiality of financial and organizational information.

Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

B.Com / Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field preferred.

1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.

Tally experience is required.

Positive knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting principles.

Knowledge of bank reconciliation, petty cash, invoicing, and ledger maintenance.

Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Freshers with strong accounting knowledge and practical Tally/Excel skills may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be honest, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling financial records and confidential information. Candidates with practical experience in Tally, cash handling, bank reconciliation, billing, and day-to-day accounting will be preferred.
