Job Overview

We are looking for a Power BI Architect with strong expertise in Power BI, data analytics, and modern AI capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable BI solutions, developing advanced dashboards, and integrating AI-driven analytics into business reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect scalable Power BI and enterprise BI solutions.
- Develop advanced dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
- Design optimized star/snowflake data models and efficient data pipelines.
- Work with SQL, data warehouses, and cloud-based data platforms.
- Implement Power BI governance, security, RLS, performance optimization, and deployment strategies.
- Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities into analytics and reporting solutions.
- Explore Copilot, AI-assisted insights, natural-language analytics, and automated reporting.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
- Mentor BI developers and establish best practices for Power BI development.

Required Skills





- 7+ years of experience in Power BI / BI Architecture / Data Analytics.
- Solid expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data modelling.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric / Azure / cloud data platforms is preferred.
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and BI architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI concepts and AI-powered analytics.
- Knowledge of Python and APIs is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or Snowflake.
- Experience integrating LLMs, AI agents, or GenAI applications with analytics platforms.
- Microsoft Power BI / Fabric certifications.

Pay: ₹1,050,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
