We are hiring a Business Development Executive for our Sales & Customer Support team.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Explain SFPL products and services.
- Explain device, web portal and mobile application.
- Conduct basic product demonstrations.
- Handle customer queries and after-sales support.
- Maintain customer and lead records.
- Coordinate with the technical team when required.
- Follow up with customers until enquiry/sales closure.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply; experienced candidates and suitable candidates will be given first preference.
- Valuable Hindi and Gujarati communication.
- Basic English communication.
- Confident on telephone calls.
- Good computer and internet knowledge.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to learn technical products/software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
