We’re looking for a Marketing & Operations Executive who can think beyond individual posts and help us build stronger brands.
This role is for someone who enjoys creative strategy, marketing, campaign planning, problem-solving and execution.
You’ll work across KHOJ and Workowon, helping convert ideas into real campaigns, partnerships, initiatives and brand-building activities.
The ideal candidate is someone who can look at a goal, develop an idea around it, create a plan and then actually make it happen.
What You’ll Do
- Develop creative marketing ideas for KHOJ and Workowon.
- Assist in creating marketing strategies and campaign plans.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and presence.
- Brainstorm campaigns, launches, activations and promotional ideas.
- Convert marketing ideas into actionable execution plans.
- Coordinate with content, design, social media and other teams.
- Help plan and execute online and offline marketing initiatives.
- Research competitors, audiences, markets and emerging trends.
- Identify new channels and opportunities for brand growth.
- Assist with influencer, creator, community and partnership opportunities.
- Support campaign execution from idea → planning → execution → analysis.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
- Maintain marketing calendars, timelines and execution trackers.
- Help identify operational gaps and improve internal workflows.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders when required.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely execution.

- Experience coordinating events, partnerships or collaborations.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets, Notion, Trello or similar project-management tools.
