What you'll do

- Monitor PCB assembly (SMT/THT) quality processes to ensure compliance with customer specifications and automotive standards.

Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections of PCB assemblies.

Ensure adherence to IPC standards and customer-specific requirements.

Verify product quality through visual inspection, functional testing, and reliability testing activities.

Conduct process audits on SMT lines, wave soldering, selective soldering, and assembly operations.





Monitor critical process parameters and quality performance indicators.

Support production teams in maintaining process control and first-pass yield targets.

Participate in new product introduction (NPI) and process validation activities.

Analyze quality defects using 8D, Why-Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, and other problem-solving tools.

Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Drive continuous improvement projects for defect reduction and quality enhancement.

Track quality trends and propose improvement actions.

Support customer complaint investigations and resolution activities.

Prepare and submit quality reports for customer concerns.

Coordinate with supplier quality teams for PCB, electronic component, and process-related issues.

Participate in customer audits and quality reviews.
