ViralX is looking for a Influencer Growth Manager to build and scale our creator-led acquisition and brand partnership channel.
The role will own the end-to-end creator and brand partnership lifecycle — from creator research and outreach to brand acquisition, commercial negotiations, campaign execution, community building and performance tracking.
We are looking for someone with prior experience in an Influencer Marketing/Creator Marketing agency who understands brand collaborations, talent management, client servicing and the Indian creator ecosystem.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing or brand partnerships.
- Prior experience with an Influencer Marketing/Creator Marketing agency is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Indian creator ecosystem.
- Proven experience negotiating directly with creators, managers, agencies and brands.
- Strong communication, outreach, relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to evaluate creators based on audience quality, engagement and product fit.
- Experience with client servicing, campaign management and brand acquisition.
- Commercial mindset with an understanding of leads, conversions, revenue and ROI.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup environment and building processes from the ground up.
- Willingness to travel PAN India for brand meetings, events, summits and business development.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
