Job Title: Content Producer

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Reports to: Founder

About the Role

Hurun India looking for a creative and execution-focused Content Producer to join our content team. The ideal

candidate should be passionate about storytelling, social media, and digital-first content. This role requires

someone who can conceptualize, script, coordinate production, and ensure timely delivery of engaging video

content across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

 Write engaging scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, and other short-form content.

 Develop scripts and storyboards for long-form explainer videos, interviews, and feature content.

 Research trending topics, industry updates, and audience preferences to create relevant and impactful content.

 Develop compelling hooks and storytelling structures that maximize audience retention and engagement.

 Coordinate closely with video editors, graphic designers, and other creative team members.

 Manage shoot planning, production schedules, talent coordination, and on-ground shoot logistics.

 Ensure projects are delivered within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.





 Review video edits and provide constructive feedback.

 Stay updated with emerging social media trends and platform best practices.

 Assist in content planning, publishing calendars, and campaign execution.

 Work with editorial, marketing, and design teams.

 Maintain brand voice and editorial consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, English, or a related field.

 12-15 years of experience in content production, digital media, or social media content creation.

 Excellent scriptwriting and storytelling abilities.

 Strong understanding of audience retention and content performance.

 Basic research and fact-checking skills.

 Strong project coordination and organizational skills.

 Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

 Familiarity with production workflows and shoot coordination.

 Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools is an advantage.

 Understanding of graphic design workflows is preferred.
