We are looking for a responsible and passionate Teacher to join our team and provide quality academic support to students from Classes 4 to 10. The candidate should have good subject knowledge and be comfortable taking evening classes.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach students from Classes 4 to 10.
- Conduct engaging and effective evening classes.
- Prepare lessons and learning materials.
- Explain concepts clearly according to students’ learning levels.
- Monitor students’ academic progress and provide feedback.
- Conduct tests, assessments, and revision sessions when required.
- Address students’ doubts and provide individual support.
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning workplace.
- Communicate with parents regarding students’ academic progress when required.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject.
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Patient, responsible,
and student-friendly approach.
- Ability to handle students from Classes 4 to 10.
- Willingness to conduct evening classes.
- Freshers with good subject knowledge can apply.
- Previous teaching experience is an advantage.
Salary
- During Training Period: ₹300 per hour.
- After Training Period: Basic salary of ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on performance and suitability.
- Final salary after the training period will be decided by the company based on performance.
