About the Role

Autodrome is looking for an energetic and responsible Automotive Service Manager – Sales & Operations to manage our day-to-day car wash and detailing operations while actively driving sales and customer growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily car wash and detailing operations
- Allocate work to staff and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain quality standards and ensure vehicles are delivered properly
- Handle customers professionally and understand their requirements
- Explain and sell car wash, detailing, polishing, coating and PPF services
- Generate new sales from existing and walk-in customers
- Follow up on enquiries and quotations and convert them into bookings
- Promote premium and high-value services

Requirements





- Experience in automobile sales, car detailing, car wash, service centre or related industry preferred
- Solid communication and customer-handling skills
- Good sales and negotiation ability
- Should be confident in approaching customers and converting enquiries
- Basic knowledge of cars and automobile services
- Ability to manage a team and take responsibility for daily operations
- Basic computer, WhatsApp and Excel knowledge
- Malayalam required; basic English communication preferred
- Must be target-oriented, responsible and proactive
- Immediate joining preferred
