About Position:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Full Stack Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, ReactJS, Microservices, AWS Cloud, and Event-Driven Architectures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise-grade applications while leveraging modern cloud-native technologies and software engineering best practices. This role requires hands-on experience in backend development, frontend engineering, API development, cloud deployment, and distributed system design. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build secure, scalable, and high-performing business solutions that support enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and ReactJS.
- Build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using modern React development practices.




- Develop secure, scalable, and maintainable backend services and business logic components.
- Design and implement microservices-based applications and distributed systems.
- Develop and consume REST APIs and GraphQL services to support enterprise applications.
- Implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka and related messaging technologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on AWS Cloud environments.
- Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and solution planning.
- Develop reusable components and frameworks to improve development efficiency.
- Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
- Integrate applications with databases, third-party systems, and cloud services.
- Follow software engineering best practices, coding standards, and design principles.
- Support CI/CD implementation and deployment automation initiatives.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers on development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and production issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering excellence programs.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 7 to 12 years of experience in Full Stack Application Development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Core Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
- Experience building microservices-based applications and distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and GraphQL services.
- Hands-on expertise with Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture patterns.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and software architecture principles.
- Experience deploying, monitoring, and managing applications on AWS Cloud.




- Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and scalable application design.
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, or related services.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with Git, source control management, and branching strategies.
- Experience working with CI/CD tools and deployment automation pipelines.
- Understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to technical leadership initiatives.
