Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Department: Modernisation Line Manager’s Job Title: OSBI Engineering Head

1. Job Purpose
OSB India, a leading financial institution, is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3-8 years of experience to drive the development and optimization of Salesforce-based solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Salesforce tools and frameworks and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. If you have passion for continuous learning and looking to make a significant impact in the financial industry, we'd love to hear from you.

2. Core Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and other Salesforce tools.
- Build and optimize integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to solution architecture.
- Ensure the implementation of Salesforce security standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.




- Follow the TDD approach and ensure unit-test coverage meets quality requirements.

3. Experience Requirements

- 10-15 years’ experience as Salesforce Developer, working within Financial Services or Banking is desirable but not essential.

4. Knowledge Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce API integrations.
- Experience with deployment tools like Copado, Gearset, or similar CI/CD platforms.
- Robust knowledge of Salesforce data models, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum processes.
- Nice to have : nCino, Mambu
