Job Description – Delivery Lead / Program Manager (Large Portfolio – $15M+) Role: Delivery Lead – Program Manager Location: Hyderabad (Offshore) Account: Evernorth Experience: 18+ Years Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead / Program Manager to own and drive the successful delivery of a large-scale healthcare technology portfolio valued at $15M+. The role requires strong leadership, delivery governance, financial acumen, client relationship management, and a growth-oriented mindset. The incumbent will serve as a trusted partner to both client leadership and internal stakeholders, ensuring delivery excellence, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Delivery Leadership Own end-to-end delivery of a $15M+ portfolio, ensuring achievement of revenue, profitability, and growth objectives. Lead and manage a global team of 200+ resources across onsite and offshore locations. Drive execution excellence across multiple programs with a strong focus on quality, predictability, and client outcomes. Partner with business and technology leaders to align delivery strategy with organizational goals. Provide leadership visibility through regular reviews, governance forums, and executive communications. Delivery Governance & Execution Establish and strengthen delivery governance frameworks, operating rhythms, KPIs, and escalation processes. Ensure delivery commitments are met within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. Drive proactive risk identification, mitigation planning, and dependency management across programs. Lead continuous improvement initiatives leveraging automation, AI, and operational best practices. Ensure adherence to enterprise standards, compliance requirements, and contractual obligations. Client & Executive Stakeholder Management Act as the primary delivery leader and trusted advisor for client stakeholders. Develop robust relationships with client executives and key decision makers.



Participate in strategic discussions related to digital transformation, modernization, AI adoption, and business value realization. Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth through consistent delivery excellence. Strengthen engagement and executive connect with Evernorth and HIH leadership teams. Financial & Operational Management Own portfolio financials including revenue realization, margin performance, forecasting, and budget management. Drive resource utilization, workforce optimization, and pyramid management. Monitor portfolio health and implement actions to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Support pipeline growth and conversion opportunities through delivery-led business development. Identify opportunities for cost optimization through offshore leverage, automation, and reusable assets. Metrics & Performance Management Define and manage key delivery metrics including: Revenue and Margin Performance Resource Utilization Delivery Predictability Schedule and Cost Variance Quality and Defect Metrics Customer Satisfaction (CSAT/NPS) Develop executive dashboards and metrics-driven reporting mechanisms. Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) with internal and client stakeholders. Drive corrective and preventive actions based on data-driven insights. People Leadership Lead Delivery Managers, Program Managers, Architects, and SMEs. Build a strong leadership pipeline and succession plans. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Mentor high-potential talent and support career development initiatives. Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance excellence.



Transformation & Innovation Champion AI-led delivery transformation and automation initiatives. Drive adoption of Agentic AI, AI-enabled SDLC practices, DevOps, Agile delivery, and cloud-native operating models. Promote innovation and accelerators that improve delivery quality, productivity, and customer experience. Enable modernization initiatives across technology platforms and business processes. Risk, Quality & Compliance Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, contractual, and organizational requirements. Maintain audit readiness and governance documentation. Proactively manage delivery, operational, financial, and contractual risks. Establish appropriate controls to ensure quality and service excellence. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or related field. 18+ years of experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Technology Delivery. Proven experience managing $10M–$20M+ portfolios and global teams of 150–300+ resources. Demonstrated success in delivery leadership, transformation programs, and client engagement. Strong experience in healthcare, payer-provider, or healthcare technology domains preferred. Experience working with global delivery models and executive stakeholders. Key Skills Delive
