Throughout the day, the Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports ongoing transformation efforts by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance during the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment across various stakeholders and teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending best practices.
- Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must have AI related work experience
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience in translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
- Ability to develop and present business cases that support strategic decision-making.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
