Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive – Industrial Sales to develop new business, handle existing customers, generate leads, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for visiting industrial customers, understanding their requirements, promoting products, and converting enquiries into orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through field visits, cold calling, references, and market research.
- Visit industries, factories, plants, dealers, and corporate customers to generate sales enquiries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable industrial products/solutions.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for pricing and technical details.
- Follow up on quotations, enquiries, orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the service, stores, purchase, and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain regular records of customer visits, leads, enquiries, and sales activities.




- Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the reporting manager.

Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in Industrial Sales / B2B Sales / Technical Sales / Industrial Products.
- Experience in selling industrial machinery, electrical products, mechanical products, tools, compressors, pumps, or engineering products will be preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to travel for customer visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Candidates with a valid two-wheeler and driving licence will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates from Industrial Sales, Engineering Sales, Technical Sales, Machinery Sales, Electrical Sales, Mechanical Sales, or B2B Sales backgrounds are preferred.
