About the Role

Kairox AI Tech is looking for a confident, creative, and digitally savvy Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a modern social media mindset, strong presentation, and the ability to understand what makes content perform.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars
- Manage Kairox's social media accounts and day-to-day posting
- Plan and coordinate Reels, posts, carousels, stories, and campaigns
- Research social media trends, formats, competitors, and relevant topics
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and social media copy
- Coordinate with the content creation and design team
- Monitor reach, engagement, followers, and overall performance
- Analyze insights and prepare regular social media reports
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement and brand visibility
- Manage social media campaigns and promotional activities
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
- Stay updated with emerging social media platforms, trends, and algorithms
- Support lead generation and brand-building initiatives through social media

Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing,



or a related field
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Confident, articulate, and comfortable communicating with clients and team members
- Well-groomed, polished, and professionally presentable
- Modern, energetic, and Gen-Z aware understanding of social media culture
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other major platforms
- Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, campaigns, and deadlines
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently

Good to Have

- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar platforms
- Basic knowledge of content creation, photography, and video editing
- Copywriting skills
- Paid social media advertising experience
- Experience managing a brand's social media account
- Knowledge of AI and technology-related content

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
