We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team, guide our customers through our product offerings, and drive store sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement & Sales: Welcome customers warmly, assist them in finding products, and guide them on DIY/craft supplies to meet their project needs.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store setup, including product restocking and display arrangement.
- Checkout & Billing: Process customer transactions efficiently at the POS (Point of Sale) counter, handling cash and digital payments.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with our craft items, tools,



and creative supplies to provide expert advice and cross-sell complementary products.
- Inventory Management: Help track stock levels, report low inventory, and assist with stock receiving and auditing.

Key Qualifications

- Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or store operations.
- Strong interest in arts, crafts, or DIY projects is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and numeric skills for operating POS systems.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and public holidays based on retail shift requirements.
