Your work profile

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to treasury, cash management, banking operations, and financial risk management processes.
- Configure and support SAP Treasury & Risk Management (TRM) solutions across implementation, rollout, enhancement, migration, and support engagements.
- Manage and support core treasury functions, including Cash Management, Liquidity Management, Bank Account Management (BAM), Bank Communication Management (BCM), In-House Cash, Payment Management, Treasury Accounting, and Debt & Investment Management.
- Configure and support Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) processing, bank connectivity, payment interfaces, and treasury integration solutions.
- Support cash forecasting, liquidity planning, cash positioning, and treasury reporting activities to improve visibility into enterprise liquidity.
- Monitor and optimize payment workflows, bank interfaces, payment approvals, and treasury operational processes.
- Collaborate with Finance and Treasury teams to support treasury accounting, reconciliations, regulatory reporting, and financial compliance requirements.
- Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams on reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflows, and custom developments.
- Participate in implementation, rollout, enhancement, migration,



and support projects while ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into SAP solutions.
- Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and business validation activities.
- Support treasury master data management, data migration, validation, reconciliation, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot treasury-related production issues and provide timely resolution to business users.
- Develop process documentation, training materials, operating procedures, and user guides to support business adoption.

Key Requirements

- 4-6 years of hands-on SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) consulting experience.
- Strong expertise in Cash Management, Liquidity Management, Bank Account Management (BAM), Bank Communication Management (BCM), Electronic Bank Statements (EBS), Payment Management, Treasury Accounting, and Debt & Investment Management.
- Good understanding of treasury operations, cash positioning, cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and treasury reporting processes.
- Robust knowledge of financial transactions, foreign exchange (FX) management, exposure management, hedge management, and treasury risk management concepts.
- Experience integrating SAP Treasury with SAP FICO, SAP S/4HANA Finance, banking platforms, and external financial systems.
- Hands-on experience in implementation, rollout, enhancement, AMS, and support projects.




- Experience preparing functional specifications and coordinating with development teams for treasury-related enhancements and interfaces.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Treasury and Risk Management is preferred.
- Exposure to SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC), SWIFT integration, Exposure Management, Market Risk Analyzer, Credit Risk Analyzer, and Transaction Manager is highly desirable.
- Experience with SAP Fiori treasury applications and treasury process digitalization initiatives is an advantage.
- Understanding of IFRS compliance, hedge accounting, treasury controls, and financial governance requirements is desirable.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with treasury, finance, banking, and business stakeholders in a client-facing environment.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification will be an added advantage.
- SAP Treasury (TRM) or SAP S/4HANA Treasury certification is preferred.
- Certifications in treasury management, risk management, banking operations, or financial markets will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Shared Services, or Global Treasury Operations environments is highly desirable.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, treasury modernization initiatives, SAP Activate methodology, Agile delivery, and global implementation projects will be an advantage.
