We are looking for a skilled and responsible Site Engineer to supervise construction activities at project sites and ensure that work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

The candidate will coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, architects, and the project management team to ensure smooth and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and method statements.
- Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, and MEPF activities as required.
- Monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and site productivity.
- Ensure proper sequence of construction activities.

2. Quality Control

- Ensure construction work meets specified quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and coordinate required testing.
- Maintain quality records, checklists, inspection reports, and pouring cards.
- Identify construction defects and ensure timely rectification.
- Coordinate with the QA/QC team for quality inspections.

3. Planning & Progress Monitoring

- Monitor daily and weekly progress against the approved project schedule.
- Prepare Daily Activity Reports (DAR) and progress updates.
- Track planned vs. actual progress.
- Highlight delays, constraints, and critical activities to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate activities according to the master and look-ahead schedules.

4. Drawing & Technical Coordination

- Review construction drawings before execution.
- Coordinate with the design/technical team for drawing-related issues.
- Raise RFIs/technical queries wherever required.
- Ensure the latest approved drawings are being used at site.
- Coordinate drawing revisions and communicate changes to contractors.

5. Contractor & Vendor Coordination

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor contractor manpower and work productivity.
- Verify work quantities and support measurement verification.




- Follow up on material requirements and site deliveries.
- Ensure contractors follow approved construction methodologies.

6. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain and update:

- Daily Activity Report (DAR)
- Site Instruction Register
- Drawing Register
- Steel & Concrete Register
- Quality Register
- Pouring Card & Register
- Cube Test Register
- Material Inspection Records
- MOM / Action-Taken Reports
- Progress Reports
- Site photographs and documentation

7. Safety & Site Discipline

- Ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
- Coordinate with the safety team to identify unsafe practices.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions.
- Immediately report major safety risks and incidents to the Project Manager.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant construction/site experience.
- Experience in building construction projects is preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and construction/project management software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
