Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Medical Superintendent to lead the clinical and administrative operations of the hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of patient care, clinical governance, regulatory compliance, and coordination between medical, nursing, and administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the hospital.
- Ensure quality, safety, and efficient delivery of patient care.
- Coordinate with consultants, doctors, nursing staff, and other clinical departments.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Monitor patient safety, clinical outcomes, infection control, and hospital quality indicators.
- Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and statutory requirements.
- Support NABH/accreditation-related quality and compliance initiatives.
- Handle clinical grievances and coordinate resolution of patient-related concerns.
- Review hospital performance, clinical audits, and departmental reports.




- Work closely with hospital management on operational and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to medical ethics and professional standards.
- Lead emergency preparedness and coordination across clinical departments.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- MBBS is mandatory.
- MD/MS, MHA, MPH or equivalent healthcare management qualification will be preferred.
- Relevant experience in hospital administration/clinical leadership.
- Strong knowledge of hospital operations, quality management, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-management skills.

Experience

- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in hospital/clinical administration.
- Candidates with experience as Medical Superintendent, Deputy Medical Superintendent, Hospital Administrator, or similar senior clinical leadership roles will be preferred.
