Vikram Solutions is looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team on a Work From Home – Night Shift basis. The candidate will generate leads, communicate with international clients, develop new business opportunities, and support our global business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through online research, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Identify and develop new international business opportunities.
- Communicate with international clients and understand their requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into business.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research and identify new markets and potential customers.




- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements.
- Maintain CRM/database records and regularly update lead status.
- Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a Night Shift
- Own laptop/desktop and a reliable internet connection are required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
