Job Description:
The SAP Commerce Cloud Consultant is responsible for developing, enhancing, integrating, and supporting B2B and B2C e-commerce solutions on SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris). The role covers storefront capabilities, product and catalog management, pricing, promotions, search, checkout, order management, integrations, performance, and offshore support.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and support SAP Commerce Cloud capabilities across product catalogs, content, customers, pricing, promotions, cart, checkout, payments, orders, and account management.
2. Build and enhance extensions, services, business processes, Backoffice, SmartEdit/WCMS, OCC APIs, ImpEx scripts, and Solr search functionality.
3. Support B2B and B2C scenarios, including organizations, units, permissions, approval workflows, contracts, assortments, and personalized storefront experiences.
4. Integrate Commerce Cloud with SAP S/4HANA or ECC, CRM, PIM, payment gateways, tax engines, logistics, Emarsys, APIs, and middleware platforms.
5. Troubleshoot defects, optimize performance, execute testing, manage releases and deployments, and support production incidents in CCv2 environments.
6. Prepare technical designs, estimates, code reviews, test evidence, deployment documentation, and stakeholder updates.

Skill Requirements
1. 5 to 8 years of hands-on e-commerce development experience with solid expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).
2. Strong skills in Java, Spring, SAP Commerce data modeling, services, facades, interceptors, ImpEx, FlexibleSearch, Backoffice, OCC APIs, and Solr.
3. Experience with B2B/B2C accelerators or composable storefronts, SmartEdit/WCMS, PCM, promotions, checkout, payment, order management, and headless commerce.
4. Knowledge of CCv2, Git, CI/CD, cloud deployments, performance tuning, security, monitoring, and SAP or third-party integrations.
5. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, stakeholder communication, collaboration, and offshore production-support skills.
